I tried placing an order through a delivery service and I had questions about their menu so I gave the restaurant a call. They answered and a nice lady picked up the phone. I asked my question. She seemed to not hear what I was saying or maybe didn’t understand what I was asking and said hold on while she went to go get someone. She got someone and they talked by the phone for a moment before hanging up the call. When I tried to call back, they disconnected their line so I wasn’t able to get through to anybody. I just wanted to know how many wings came in the Sweet and spicy wing order. I just think it’s distasteful. I’m at work Just trying to order a meal. Being treated this way as a customermakes me not want to spend my money here anymore and this is one of my favorite spots to go to :(

Is this Korean food??? Not a single Korean server. No service at all. No plates and extra bowls. The worst kimchi pancake I have ever had. Not crispy at all and the kimchi is sour. Omelette is OK but not impressive, because they overcooked the eggs and didn’t put Mayo sauce on it. The hotdog is not as good as 明朗時代米熱狗 I will never come back again. Hankki is way better.

Casual place popular with college students with a variety of snacks and vegetarian options. Food itself is nice. Not the kind of Korean food I personally love, but the noodles and Korean cheese dogs have good textures. They use the same noodle in the japchae as in the soup so it isn't like I'm used to, but it was better than most japchae I've had with good sesame oil. They are popular for their kimchi fried rice, but takeout of that is a fair bit smaller than eating in the resturant. Order at a kiosk and pick up from a counter. Drop off your plates and you have to sort your food waste and plates yourself. That considered, it's not as cheap as I thought it would be, but was not expensive by any means. Kimchi stew with a japchae side of just under $15 is totally fair. Not sure if I would personally come back, but it's good for groups because no one really dislikes it and it is solid for takeout.

The korean corn dogs are really good. Do not get the potato tornado it is 90 percent fried and 0 percent potato. Also do not get Hotteok they are also like 100 percent fried and 0 filling. I would only recommend for their Korean corn dogs. I was really disappointed with the other things.

I ordered a beef soondubu with rice and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors of the soup complimented the meat and veggies super well. It also came with a side dish of fried tofu skin. Everything is self-serve, you order on a tablet, pick up your own food, and bus your own dishes which is every introverts dream! It was also pretty quiet when I went on a weekday lunch. Very reasonable prices as well. Would recommend again if I’m back in the area.
